1. To use your voucher code(s) for free or discounted tickets, firstly add as many tickets as you need to your cart. If you need more tickets than you have voucher codes for, you can add extras to your cart and pay the difference later in the process.
2. Go to the Cart page and click ‘Add a coupon’
3. Enter your voucher code and click ‘Apply’.
4. If you have more than one voucher code and you want to order all your tickets in one go, continue to enter voucher codes until you’ve used as many as you need.
5. Click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
6. Review your order, make sure it’s all correct and read the Terms & Conditions.
7. If you have enough voucher codes to cover the full value of the order, simply click the ‘Place Order’ button. You’ll be taken to the order confirmation screen where you can download your tickets.
If you have a balance to pay, you’ll also see a check box titled ‘Pay with SumUp’. After clicking the ‘Place Order’ button, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can enter your card details. Once payment is taken successfully, you’ll be redirected to the order confirmation screen where you can download your tickets.
8. That’s it, you’re done!
